By using yttowav.net you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please stop using the site.
What the service is
yttowav.net is a free online tool that converts supported video URLs into downloadable WAV or MP3 audio files.
It costs nothing, requires no account, and has no paid tier. Because it's free, we may update, change or discontinue it at any time without notice.
Acceptable use
Use this service only for lawful purposes — personal audio extraction, education, and content you own or are authorised to access.
You may not:
- Convert copyrighted content without permission
- Break any law that applies where you are
- Use bots, scrapers or automated tools against the site
- Deliberately overload the servers or run mass requests
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
We may block or restrict access to anyone who does these things.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the URLs you submit, the files you download, and how you use the resulting audio — including complying with copyright law.
We don't review or verify submitted URLs. There is no human checking what goes through the tool.
Files and availability
Converted files are temporary. Each one is deleted from our servers automatically within 30 minutes, so download links stop working after that.
We don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime, that every conversion will succeed, or that a file will still be there when you come back. Some videos can't be converted at all — private, age-restricted, region-locked or removed videos, and anything longer than two hours.
Intellectual property
The site's branding, design and original content belong to yttowav.net. Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and we're not affiliated with any of them.
Advertising
This site is funded by advertising. Ads shown here come from third-party networks and we don't control their content. If you see an ad that's misleading or inappropriate, please let us know so we can report it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, yttowav.net is not liable for failed downloads, data loss, corrupted files, service interruptions, or any legal consequences arising from how you use the service.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
